Worse company ever dealing with public!

Elite mobile deduction of fund from account and no product, 3 months later still waiting for them to close account, didn't even have one to begin with! .. now has a bad reflection on my name, due to disputed debit orders and reversals. I have to cover the costs and call, iver R300 just to get someone to answer there phone! no one replies... after numerous emails, I was informed that they waiting on the management staff to set up the letter, and yet no-one can get ahold of management, no contact number... something that take 15 minutes to do is taking longer then 2 weeks to complete... just a letter stating i have no account with elite mobile and simfy! Debit was in error! yet I am baring the brunt of this company! Fuming due to lack of customer service, Vodacom needs to check which companies tender for them as this brings poor light to there products as well... this company should be closed as the vodacom customer walk in do not even trust this place. Just shows they take ur money and leave a bad taste n in your mouth!
