Won't pay back my money

I took an offer from elite mobile which was the tablet with 1gig data for R90 per month. Then in February and twice in March they deducted money off my account for services such as hotspot term R39, so music R49, rescue box R49,safety R49 without my permission or me agreeing to the service. When I phoned them about it they stopped the debit orders but is refusing to refund me . They claim they went through the call and according to them I did agree to the service . Knowing I did not as this tablet was for my mother whom is 69 years old and there is no way this service would benefit her I asked for a copy of the call transcript . It is now amontillado later and I'm still waiting for this transcript to be emailed to me , and I check daily my inbox. <br> Based on their claim , which I'm still waiting proof of, then based on my consumer rights ithey are supposed to give me full details of the added services as well as the cost associated with the services. This was not done , all that was conformed was the cost of the tablet contract and that vodacom will debit my account.
