WHY are you still in business??

You are an absolute disgrace. I am not sure why anyone would buy from you. I have spent an incredible amount of time trying to get my query resolved. And that even after one of your Escalations consultants with the name of Veronica failed to call be back 2 time. It pains me that every time I call that you consultants need to apologize when it's actually because your processes don't work!

I do not want to speak to a consultant nor do I want to speak to an escalations consultant, I actually want to speak to someone that can resolve my query in a couple of hours. The amount of 7-14 working days I've had since starting to call in Feb is crazy!
