Where's my order.

Receiving no feedback from Elite Mobile - order was confirmed on 6 November already. The 'Live chat' where they 'replying in under 2 minutes' and 'support' e-mail address - no response to queries. The agent who eventually answered, 30 minutes ago, said she had to contact my husband to do a check, when I queried when our order will be arriving, has not called him yet.
