What does PRE APPROVED MEAN?

Got a call from an Elite mobile consultant offering me a tablet for R79-00 per month. He stated that it was a PRE APPRVED deal. He took all my details eg banking details, address and said within 1 to 2 weeks the tablet will be delivered. I later received a message saying that my order has not been approved. I contacted the support centre at *** and was told by the lady to phone Vodacom and ask them why. I did so and Vodacom told me that they had nothing to do with the deals as Elite Mobile is a sub contractors. I phoned back and the lady again told me that the query was going to be escalated to management and I would be contacted the next day. Still waiting. I now saw that there were deductions from my account for hotspotter and rescue box.<br> But my order had not been approved? So how is it possible that deductions could be made from my account? Pre approved my ASS. IT IS A WAY TO ***** MONEY. ********! And worst of all they Use Vodacom's name to do it. Well done Vodacom.
