What an awful experience
What a very disappointing, frustrating and overall worse customer service call I received from a lady at Elite Mobile (sorry after the very rude behaviour and attitude from this agent towards the end of our call, I completely let her name fly out of my head) - please check your recordings to my number ********** at 12h39 today (16 Apr '19). Completely talking over and through me when I could not provide information, ignoring the fact that I asked her who she thinks I'm talking to ... I don't have words. Please listen to that recording and tell me how someone like this can be trusted to deal with customers and to actually keep clients on board for Vodacom????? I am extremely infuriated

18 Apr 2019, 10:38Good day, thank you very much for removing my number from your database. However, I would still like to know what you are doing about the actual reason for my complaint; i.e. the very poor customer treatment I received. Did management listen to the telephone recording of this agent's attitude, behaviour and disregard to me as the customer, talking all over me, demanding to be heard rather than listening to the customer? Are you taking the necessary steps to ensure proper and sufficient training is given to this call centre agent to ensure she does not antagonise more customers, and thus make your company lose valuable business?
