Weeks & still waiting

I ordered a new phone and a modem over the internet and confirmed telephonically. I was told next day delivery, then 2 - 3 work days and then I waited another week - when the cell phone arrived it didn't have a micro sim card and I was told that Elite Mobile doesn't supply accessories - it is not an accessory if it needs it to function, so I had to drive to Vodacom anyway. I cancelled my ordered with Elite Mobile and was told by Vodacom that I would have to reactivate it or wait up to a month for a working phone. This was done at the Vodacom and on email on the Elite Mobile website. 2 weeks have passed and I still haven't received the Modem I ordered or even a reply to 3 emails. I will never ever use Elite Mobile again - has been such a hassle and I still don't have what I ordered
