WATCH OUT FOR ELITE MOBILE WHO TRIES TO RENEW YOUR VODACOM CONTRACT

My contract with vodacom expired many months ago and I get a call from a salesman from Elite Mobile who sais they are part of VODACOM.He suggested that he can save me money as I am paying X amount .He had all my details etc and what triggers me where is the confidentiality which was signed by Vodacom.They should not divulge my info to anyone.(WHO GIVES THEM THE RIGHT TO DO SO) Non the less I listen to the salesman and he sais he can save me money and I would pay less (NOT EXPLAINING TO ME THAT i WOULD HAVE TO ENTER INTO ANOTHER 24 MONTH CONTRACT) He told me that I would get a Lenovo hand set.I said OK that wont be a problem and I accepted. I also changed my lenovo tablet contract as that had also expired . The next thing is they delivered to my home a Motorola G phone after I was told I would get a lenovo. After contacting this ELITE MOBILE VIA Vodacom as it costs money to phone them . I spoke to a KHOSINA PELE Who was very rude and typical call centre ATTITUDE. He told me that Lenovo bought over motorola or visa versa . I said to him that that means nothing to me as the salesman told me I will get a Lenovo hand set and not a motorola which I can buy at any retail store for a mere pittance . MY POINT IS THAT IF I ORDERED A ROLLS ROYCE AND YOU SEND ME A VOLKSWAGEN. SHOULD I NOT BE UPSET. I DO BELIEVE THAT A COMPANY WHO DOES FALSE MARKETING SHOULD BE HELD RESPONSIBLE .(THEY EMPLOYED THAT STAFF MEMBER AND THEY SHOULD BE TRAINED AND NOT TO LIE TO GUESTS) I spoke to a ANGIE from customer care and all she could say is that the can reverse the contract etc and Blah Blah.I had ro put her in her place and say that she should fit the profile of customer relationship not just her relationship and what she wants (ANOTHER PERSON WITH AN ATTITUDE and decides for you WHAT MUST BE DONE.I said no you cannot just say you will reverse the contract as I SAID TO HER THAT I WANT WHAT I ORDERED AND YOU ARE NOT GOING TO BRUSH IT AWAY AND GET OFF SO LIGHTLY BY REVERSING THE CONTRACT BECAUSE OF LIES. She promised to get back to me in 48 hours as she need to investigate the tapes.(AGAIN WHICH WAS LIES) I got a call from this KHOSINA PELE today ( 23.01.2018 +_ 3.00pm again with an ATTITUDE telling me that Lenovo doesn't make a hand set and once again stating must they cancel the contract Blah Blah. He tried once more to Bull SH*** me aaand with arrogance agai.I told him I want to speak to the CEO of the company as I am not going to let them get off the hook so easily I STILL HAVE NO RESOLUTION AND IF THAT IS THE ATTITUDE FROM ELITE MOBILE THEN I SAY THE PEOPLE OF SOUTH AFRICA MUST BE CAREFUL IN DOING BUSINESS WITH ELITE MOBILE AND BE WEARY OF THEIR TRADING PRACTICES. MY POINT TO IS VODACOM SELLING OUR INFORMATION OUT. COMPANIES LIKE THIS SHOULD BE EXPOSED.
