Waste of my precious time

I am livid right now.<br> I took a contract with this company and for five months I have been waiting for my handset. Only to find that I will not get the handset. So I was instructed to take another handset and now I am told I have failed their security questions. I mean really if their system is not down, they don't have stock it's just story after story. I am actually glad I am not in business with a bunch of these loosers.
