Waiting for more than a month !!

I have never experience such pathetic service in my life, thank goodness I have not taken the contract with Elite Mobile. I cancelled the so called add on, received an email to this effect, Elite Mobile still took the money form my account and now refuse to refund me. This is theft !!! you are *****ing my money. I want the money back in my account ASAP or I will go and open a theft case !!!
