Vodacom & Elite Mobile - False Pretenses Contract.

Useless call center - called Vodacom to cancel my contract, in return they offered me a deal with a voucher. It has now been 2 months and no voucher has been received.

When I phoned to query I found out that ELite Mobile was allocated as a 3rd party to deal with the cancellation.

I have been sold a contract under false pretenses and will no go ahead with legal proceedings to sort this matter out.
