Vodacom elite mobile

Iam dissatisfied with vodacom. I took a contract in December 2020 for 189 per month. The sales rep who called assured me that I would pay R189 per month starting from January 2021 but to my surprise they deducted more money than agreed on the 24th of December. I tried calling them without success. And now my bill amounts to close R900 of which I cannot afford. They took more money than agreed and open more contracts on my name. I wrote them on Facebook for assistance and they're not willing to help until I settle the amount
