Vodacom contract migration
Just had a call from Elite Mobile to migrate my vodacom contract from a Smart S+ to Red 2GB as they don't do sms's anymore. Chanelle who I spoke to advised me that there will only be a price difference of R40 per month (from R399 to R440) and that I will get 2GB Data per month instead of the current 600MB. When I got the quote to finalize the migration my current contract value was actually R325 pm. That's NOT a R40 pm increase but R80pm WHICH IS NOT WHAT I AGREED TO. YOU ARE ALL SHARKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! DON'T TOUCH THIS COMPANY. You make me sick.........taking advantage of people like this.
