VIOLATION OF THE POPI ACT.
I am filing a complaint against elite mobile for violating the POPI act . I did not give elite mobile permission to store my personal information. I have never been a customer of elitemobile and i have zero intention of ever becoming customer of elitemobile . However i receieved several phone cold calls from your company today. I told the lady not to ever phone me again and I told her not to continue storing my personal information , she blatently phoned me repeatedly after telling her not to phone me.
