Violation of basic human rights

I received 3 calls in the last 7 days from ***. Elite mobile on behalf of Vodacom. Refusing the service they offer and requesting to be removed from their database, the agent was refusing to give me his name, after stating the call is recorder I requested his name so that his superiors can contact me, Elite mobile and Vodacom is violating my rights and refuses to stop contacting me. I said that Elite Mobile is *********** to remove me form the data base and the agent stated I am discriminating against him, which is not the case, I specifically said Elite mobile is *********** to resolve my issue.
