Violated and Conned
<p>Good Day,</p> <p> </p> <p>I am disgusted and need urgent help as agent Devan Pillay from Elite Mobile conned me into taking up a contract. I asked him more than 3 times if the data will be credited to my own number if I took out contract and he assured me that it would be.</p> <p> </p> <p>I specifically told him I do not want new sim card or device and he told me that no new number will be issued and they would send the data to my own number and the device is a mere gift.</p> <p> </p> <p>Please supply me with call reference and a higher superior in charge as I feel violated and blatantly **** to, is this the manner that agents conduct sales by conning the consumers??</p> <p> </p> <p>Please have this contract cancelled effectively immediately and make sure no Debit orders be deducted from my account and would like Devan Pillay or his Manager contact me as a matter of urgency on.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>Regards </p>

Please note my intention wasnt for any disciplinary action, however for a mere call from him to apologise for his acts and rather telling me the truth from the word go when I asked him.
Never the less be it as it may be I do truely appreciate the quick response and feedback and will be awaiting collection and to see whether the promise is held by Elite Mobile in no Debit orders going off and canceling this contract from their side.

Still nothing up until today no one even contacted me to collect device and I have been debited for past 2 months now!!!!!!!!!!!!! I would like this to be corrected and my funds reversed as a matter of urgency.....this is unaceepatble
