Vetting sh*t cancellation

I can't believe I received more communication form Elite Mobile about Vetting being approved, this simply means my information is still on your system and I will get debited again this month...

I called Vodacom and I appear on the system as the contract still being in "Process", was this not declined??? Why am I still getting communication? Who approved this vetting?
