VERY POOR SERVICE

I have an account with Elite mobile. The package I pay for should give me R175 airtime and 20 GB data. I got this package for last month, first month. Today I noticed that only the airtime was loaded. I called their After sale line , ***. I was told I am being put through to customer care. Instead of my call being transferred, my call got cut. I tried calling twice, after I was cut, no one picked my call. I then called their 086 line, which was given to me to call in case I am not satisfied with the phone. I could not get assistance, there was a voice message and music.
