Very Bad service and unprofessional service

<p>I have been given an offer to upgrade my contract with Elite mobile thinking the terms are still goin to be the same and nothing will be changed or added. To my suprise I found out that the agent that was upgrading the contract was not transparent in most of the terms in that the premium that I was suppose to pay s not what we have agreed on on the phone. I have been trying to contact vodacom for them to explain to me what may be the cause of that but wouldn't get any clearance till today. The consultant from vodacom explained to me that the contract was upgraded before its expiry dat and that is the reason why the amount is not the same as the one agreed on before. This means I was been charged for two handsets of which I didnt know about it. This is not the way companies should treat customers, in that way I feel I have been misrepresented against because the agent didnt disclose all the information he was suppose to. I am really disappoint in your service and your company. </p>
