Very BAD Service

I Agreed to a contract via the telephone through Elite Mobile. A few months later i pic up on my bank stmt that there where a few extra charges going off my acc from Elite mobile i called and queried the amts which the sales person just added on without my consent which was confirmed by the voice recorded conversation. They agreed that i was entitled to get my money back which was confirmed in Oct. Well it is now FEB! &still Nothing . I am so sick and tired of calling Kayla and getting the same stupid answers. \i am sorry mam but you need to understand i am only doing what i can."i am sorry but this is unacceptable. They where so quick to take my money but they taking forever to pay it back. People i urge you do not deal with is this company ELITE MOBILE.
