Utterly useless!

Utterly useless! Sent me wrong stuff,contract cancelled, not collecting parcel from the 28 feb 2020, today 20 july 2020 still not collected, sends me an invoice every month, more than 10 times they promised to collect parcel "in the next week" Im totally disgusted and frustrated with this!!!
