Useless

So, in October 2022 Elite mobile phoned me to say thank you for being a loyal customer at Vodacom and would like to offer me a better cheaper package that suits my needs. I was on a Red Select + package at R887.00 per month and received 1800min and 7GB of data, somehow the idiot changed my contract to R70.00 Airtime. I then phoned Elite mobile and requested the recording where I approved the R70.00 airtime, they then told me it can take up to 7 working days to get the recording and will phone me back.

Did they phone me back? No Did they fix my contract? No Are the useless? Yes Are the ***********? Yes
