Useless and pathetic

I was called last year by a consultant telling me they'll be reducing my contract that I have with Vodacom,little did I know they were adding on to it and things I never agreed on.I call them every week and they tell me they'll listen to my call till today nothing has been done.I get a ridiculous debit order due to their *******service
