******* upgrade on my line
I was called and agreed to an upgrade on ONE of my two lines. Little did I know they upgraded both my lines. Now I'm calling vodacom to assist me and they tell me that Elite mobile will call me. I've been waiting from last week. This is ******* and I will sue Vodacom and Elite mobile as I NEVER AGREED TO THIS UPGRADE and I WILL NOT LET YOU PEOPLE TAKE MY MONEY!!!! SOMEONE BETTER CALL ME AND RECTIFY THIS ASAP!!!!!!!!!!

21 Feb 2024, 19:23I am still waiting for the email from Ambi. You people sent the courier company to collect the phone last week. I requested an email first before releasing the phone however I had to give it to the courier company as there is NO WAY OF CONTACTING YOU PEOPLE. I work for a firm of attorney and if this issue is not resolved by COB Tomorrow, I will SUE VODACOM!
