Upgrade of Vodacom contract via Elite Mobile - Frustrated

Actually, zero stars. These guys are just a waste of time trying to follow up on what they promise. I wonder why they are still allowed to operate. Vodacom, you are also an accomplice in this calamity. Very shameful.

I was promised a Woolworths voucher when I upgraded in January 2021. To this day, I have not received the said voucher despite countless follow ups. My other take is that even Woolworths are also part of this ****. Very unprofessional and so sad.

This amounts to **************** and taking customers for a ride. Whatever happened to customer is king. It looks like they are just interested in us paying the instalment yet they do not honour their end of the deal. When you choose/decide to cancel the contract, they tell you to pay a hefty cancellation fee. This is not business but *****ing. In fact, worse than *******, like wolves in sheep clothing.
