"upgrade contract" extra services added
<p>I was contacted by an agent of elite mobile to do an upgrade, I accepted a contract goint down from R150 to R129, the added services took my account up to R233 ????? I was also told that VODACOM never cancelled a contract that have been cancelled via email and tellephonic conversations - again I had to contact vodacom - stil a work in Progress - I phoned elite mobile to cancel this whole contract I was fed up with vodacom and the xtra services from elite mobile - trying to cancell these extra services i was told IT WILL TAKE 20 DAYS???? AND if the debit order does go through - i can reverse it at my bank WHERE I WILL BE PAYING THE R60 PER ITEM REVERSAL FEES>???? I will be paying - while they will receive extra money FOR ABSOLUTE BAD SERVICE!!! </p>
