Upgrade challenges
I was contacted by an Elite Mobile agent who offered me upgrades to my 3 Vodacom numbers. The upgrades were effective 1 November but not one of the upgraded numbers comp**** to the agreed products. Today I made the 5th phone call to try to resolve the matter.

06 Jan 2021, 15:54Please note that one of the upgrade contracts are still not resolved! I have been paying R174.00 p/m instead of R39.00 for a simple 1GIG package. Phoned again today and finally got through to an agent at the 4th attempt. (Line cuts off after waiting to speak to an agent after a few minutes)
