Unwanted services that I never agreed to
I upgraded my vodacom contract and now I am getting messages that I have signed up for hotspotter, recuebox and techtrace.
I never agreed to this and am upset that my personal information was not kept confidential as Vodacom needs to be complying with The Protection of Personal Information Act, No 4 of 2013 which promotes the protection of personal information by public and private bodies.
These services need to be removed as I never agreed to them. Please ensure you reverse all these added services before it gets deducted. This is *****ing.
