Unsolicited marketing - Keep calling me

I have been called on several occasions by Elite Mobile. Their consultants offer me cell phone deals every time they call. Every time , I tell them I'm not interested and wish to be taken off of their data base. EVERYTIME I am assured that my details will be removed from the data base and that I will not be called again. However, I still receive this unsolicited and ******* marketing from Elite Mobile. Why do these companies have access to peoples personal information and then use same to ********ly market their product. This is unacceptable. There must be an Ombud to whom such an infringement of my rights to personal information can be reported? I will investigate and urge others to do the same. There is no reason your personal information should be passed out to the highest bidder WITHOUT YOUR CONSENT. <br> Secondly, when Elite Mobile doesn't call me to offer me a contract, they call my number to contact a Mr Botha. I have on several occasions advised that I am not Mr Botha and requested that my details be removed as the contact person. Again I was assured that they would. I STILL receive calls for this Mr Botha.<br> <br> PLEASE take my details off of your system and DO NOT contact me!
