Unsolicited commercial messages & phonecalls. SPAM

I am receiving unsolicited commercial messages and phone calls from Elite Mobile. I was contacted today by Ntanbo Tumede from Elite Mobile regarding a Vodacom contract. I have never had any Vodacom contracts and did not give ANY call centre permission to contact me. I received two further sms's today. This is blatant SPAM and I want my number removed from your database IMMEDIATELY.
