Unsatisfied Vodacom customer

I was called on 02 Oct 12015 by a Vodacom number offering data upgrade changing from 3 g to 2 gig for amount of R129 instead of current R149 and once off upgrade fee of R150. Mentioned tabletphone has features like tracking etc.Person repeatedly said amount would only be R129 which i also repeatedly confirmed. Device was to be delivered yesterday but courier also made ****oo. Last night when i checked my emails for last few days, got account from Elite Mobile fir R252 monthly. 3 other companies are also adding amounts for xtra features. As i work directly with Fais and Fica acts, i will not accept whats going on. For 27 years loyal Vodacom customer and now this.
