Unqualified Service provider

This is absolutely ridiculous.

Elite mobile has phoned me twice in 3 monts to let my know I quality for a vodacom contract.

The first application was successful, and phone was received. I did not open the phone NOR activated the simcard, and returned this, for I didn't want a Samsung A10.

I waited for the new phone to arrive, but instead of vodacom sending the new phone, a Samsung A20, they declined my application AFTER THIS WAS APPROVED, but went ahead to debit my bank account with R150.00

On the 21st of October Elite Mobile phoned me once again offering me a contract with vodacom. Sms's for subscriptions to their "extra" services had been received but still no phone or simcard.

I phone customer care, just be be informed to application was declined and I need to wait 60 days before I can apply again????

My credit scores HAS NOT CHANGED IN THE PAST FEW WEEKS, for I have my credit reports from Experian and Transunion ITC.

Please can you explain what the problem is????
