Unprofessional staff and the amount of calls = HARASSMENT
Wish I could give 0 stars. Unprofessional call centre agents who are rude and lack simple telephone etiquette. I have requested for my number to be added to the do not call list so many times. Who ever the team leader or manager is in this call centre is doing a terrible job.
