******** Debit

They were selling me a Vodacom product which I agreed to buying but the following day I changed my mind and tried to cancel the contract. They agreed but at the end of the month they debited my account I called to enquire about this and they said something like it was mandatory but that they have now cancelled the contract. At the end of last month, they again debited the same amount which I tried to reverse but could not. I again called them and they said I had given permission for them to take the money but they will close that account. I am fed up with them and hope that they are not going to "*****" my money again at the end of this month or ever
