Unhappy customer

I am very unhappy with elite mobile service. First they sold me a Huawei 5 device, hotspot and data for 120 a month for 24 months, I signed up with them because they said they work with Vodacom and I have been using Vodacom for many years.

Need I mention that they didn't deliver any of the above mentioned, I did not receive the cellphone as promised but they deducted 159 from my bank account, when I inquired they told me Vodacom did not approve the device but they still took the money, so I cancelled all subscription with elite mobile and I received text messages to confirm cancellation but they still deducted 159 again this month and the bank can not stop or reverse the debit order.

I have been trying to call them but I cant reach them, I am holding for over 15 minutes and no one is helping me, elite mobile are doing people dirty out there, I am not the only person or the first to complain about their services. Elite mobile please refund my 159 you took without my concern and cancel my subscription for real this time.
