UNHAPPY CLIENT

I upgraded my Phone in June month with a no device and i must get a R1000 pnp voucher, i was told i will receive within 2 working days when i upgraded. I call every month and all they say they escalate the matter but the Supervisors never call me back, I called 31 August 2 times and both agents said Ayanda will call me back and im still waiting?? I called again this morning and held on for 35 Min before an agent answered and again he said he will ESCULATE my query. I just want my R1000 PNP Voucher as i was promised.
