Unfortunately I must add a star Should be no stars. An agent from Elite Mobile called me about 5 months ago regarding a cell phone contract. I am 99,9% sure he told me R274 for both cell phones. I told him he must call later or the next day so my son can speak to him. He told my son the same story . We made 100% it is R274 for both phones. Not each but R274 for both. We decided to take it as it is a 50% deal .The account came and it was R274 each eventually it came to R290.97 each . I called them( *** ) on 20 December 2021to query this amount and i told them they must listen to the call as they record the calls. They gave me ref ***. I waited for feedback but nothing. I called again on 26 January 2022 at 10 :30 and spoke to Patrick an explained him the story and they must listen to the call what the agent told us to sell the contract. .He said someone will call me in about two days time . Still waiting for someone to call me . Pathetic service. No star rating from me .
