Unauthorized deductions for hotspotter and Kin tel

I renewed a contract for my daugther's tablet with Elite Mobile. I EXPLICITLY said that I DO NOT want Hotspotter or Kintel, yet they simply proceed to ********ly deduct two amounts of R45 and R49 respectively from my Bank Account. It boggles my mind how someone can simply access my Bank account and steel money from me. I demand an immediate refund and CANCELLATION of these services, which I do not need nor want!
