Unauthorized Debits

3 March 2015.. Elite mobile offered a contract for a Mafoya smart tablet 3G. For R216.00 p/m...ref no EM***6-2. Contract was never agreed upon and thus I cancelled the following day. Only after I was retrenched I went through my bank statements and found Elite mobile without my Authorization or knowledge has been debiting **********ly. On 01 November 2019 I emailed requesting proof of such agreement and requested a full remebursment with intrest. On 12 Nov 2019 I received a call from. CUSTOMER CARE NOMFUNO, she acknowledged I did not accept the contract.and confirmed debits orders. According to her the escalated refund amount only total to R585.00. Which she still has to take it managements attention. After several calls to Customer service I get cut off. To date I have not been contacted regarding my unauthorized debits. I need a full remebursment with intrest... I never authorized neither have I agreed to a contract or money to be deducted from my account. This is basically theft .... There seems to be modus operandi in Elite mobile who are de*****ing people without them knowing. Your poor service delivery sucks... I will go ahead and post this on social media and highlight my thoughts and concerns over the Airwaves.
