Unauthorized debit orders: rescuebox, somusic, hotspotterem, safety

I was approached by a call center agent with irresistable offer of nice smart phone for R129pm. I was asked if I want value added services but it was NOT mentioned that the services come at extra charge. I presumed they are free as there was no money mentioned. After receiving few messages and waiting for a month I got sms in April 2017 that my contarct was declined. On 15 May four debit orders went through my account for total value of R191 for rescuebox, somusic, hotspotterem, safety em. Upon finding out it originated with Elite Mobile and confronting them that my contarct was declined I was told that they put the debit orders regardless and only stopped them if the customer calls regardless if they have contact or not. The bank reversed the transactions but they will not reverse the R70 I paid for 4 debit orders. I find this process to be ******* and will advise anyone to stay away from Elite Mobile. ANTONIA
