Unauthorized debit orders from my bank account

I have recently discovered that unauthorized debit orders are being deducted from my account. the debit orders reflect as RESB EM - ********** -1. i asked the bank to investigate where the debit orders stem from but the bank could not give me a company name. i google searched and found that there were previous occurrences where RESB EM references Elite Mobile. If this is so that elite mobile have been deducting my money then i would like my hard earned money reversed and this debit order stopped. i would also like to know who gave elite mobile authorization to deduct money from my account in the first place. i hope this request can be speedily resolved
