Unauthorized debit orders

I have debit orders going off my account and I havent even signed up with them. I don't have anything from elite mobile, they called to offer me data contract and were very persistent,so I checked if I qualify but they said I don't. Now I'm being debited so something I don't even qualify for. Worst service ever
