UNAUTHORIZED DEBIT ORDERS

Unfortunately I have 3 contracts with Elite mobile. I have seen unknown debit orders coming off my account for a while now. I now am being billed R403 a month for the unauthorized services (7 services and bank charges). I recently got a call from an Elite mobile agent who offered me a new contract. She mentioned these services and I declined them. That is when I realized that Elite Mobile was involved with these ******* debit orders. I expect to receive every cent back that has been ****** from me, including the bank charges. I also expect all the ******* debit orders to be cancelled with immediate effect!!! This has been going on for years now. I see this seems to be the way that Elite mobile operates by all the complaints of the same nature... If this does not get sorted out I will be forced to cancel all my contracts and take legal action...

Over a month down the line and my issue has still not been sorted out... I have supp**** all my bank statements for the money that has been ****** from me over the years, but have just been offered payment for the last 6 months. With the company offering to pay back 6 months ******* debit orders it is an admission of guilt. The total from the statements that I could find was over R7000.00. If I could find all my statements it would total over R10000.00 for the duration of the period... I am now going to go the legal route... With all the complaints on the this site it seems like this company needs to be investigated for ******* practices!!!
