Unauthorized debit orders

Good Morning,<br> <br> Thank you for all your assistance a month ago regarding my complaint.<br> <br> However, Elite Mobile consultant contacted me and promised me that I will be refunded back all my money that they were not supposed to debit in my account. I have only been refunded R117.00 last month. <br> <br> Initially the consultant told me that this money (R117.00) was paid back to me in November 2015 but they only paid it last month and she told me that all the debit orders will be refunded to me but that did not happen!! I have sent an email again to them on the 10 Feb 2016 and I can see that they are reading my emails but no one is coming back to me. <br> <br> Please assist.<br> <br> Regards,<br> Mosa
