Unauthorized debit orders

Elite mobile called me for a cell phone deal out of the blue. After 3 weeks I receive a call starting that I have been declined on that offer and they want to offer me a new deal. Now I check my bank account, I have 4 debits orders tha went off totalling R193 and now unpaid debit order for R600. I want all my money back including the bak chargers. If I was declined why deduct from my bank account. I want a full refund for the bank charges. No wonder they were so persistent, kept on calling and trying to sell more things to me.
