Unauthorized Debit order

After my first complaint about the unauthorized upgrade of my contracts, I was informed by mail that the upgrades was cancelled. To my surprise i noticed today that a debit order of R450 ( 3 x R150.00) was made on my account by Elilite Mobile. I will have to waste my time again to sort this mess out!
