Unauthorized debit order

I have just received a notification email from my bank stating that a debit order was Instituted against my account by Elite Mobile.

FNB:-) ELITEMOBLE Registered Mandate debit order was logged. For queries contact your Banker or number on the back of your card . FNB, a Div of FRB Ltd.

I have never in my life dealt with this company and if as much as one cent gets deducted from my account, this would have been done **********ly.

I have logged a dispute with my bank and hope to have this matter resolved asap.
