Unauthorized debit order

On 21 November I made mention of an unauthorized debit order from my account to Elite Mobile. It is now more than a month later and the only response from them was on Hello Peter saying that I will be contacted shortly. To date I have had no contact with anyone from Elite Mobile and my money is still not returned. <br> <br> I am at the point of seeking legal advise as this seem to be a hoax by which the public are ****** of hard earned cash.<br> <br>
