UNAUTHORIZED DEBIT ORDER

I Received a call from Elite mobile, sold me a contract for a tablet. I said i want the tablet only no extras. I even phoned them back to confirm this, and the gentlemen told me only R99 will be deducted, the first deduction was only 99. then i received a call from another VERY rude lady trying to sell some extras to me. I told her about 4 times i dont want the extras. then she put the phone down in my ear. And this morning they deducted some smart box ****!! this is ******* and now off co**** the call centre is not answering my calls
