Unauthorized billing and No data

Firstly, when the consultant phones me, she said she's from Elite mobile and just source customers for Vodacom, that's the reason why I took the contract, then the deal was I was gonna get a 7 'tablet with 1G data every month and they gonna port my number so that I can use my Vodacom existing number that never happen and now am only getting a R110.00 airtime which was not our agreement, now there are other added cost that I never signed for. I called and they told me that there were cancelled but still debiting my acc. Now am stuck with 2 numbers no data. <br> <br> I DON'T WANT AIRTIME I WANT DATA , AND I CANT USE 2 SIM CARDS ..NO ADDED SERVICES !!<br> Someone please assist urgently,
